This project started with the idea to create a residential area with beauty and harmony in a natural environment. It’s located at the feet of the Rodopa Mountain, famous for its excellent climate and beautiful nature. It’s in the middle of the country, surrounded by ancient historical monuments and archaeological sites.

It’s situated on 110000 sq. m land with the goal to build between 55-70 family houses. Each house has its own look and design, following the wishes of the client. The first houses – ready by the end of 2007.

The terrain is located 5 km from the center of Plovdiv, direction Sofia, 60min driving to the airport. We foresee common green places of 20000 sq.m. Except a modern infrastructure, central services security, gardening and maintenance will be provided.

Plovdiv is a trade and culture centre. It is a bunch of museums, churches, banks, hotels, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, shops, bars, bazaars, music clubs, casinos etc. The ruins of a Roman stadium and remnants of the Roman forum rests in this village. There are several mosques and original Turkish baths. The modern centre provides entertainment and rich cultural life. Classical concerts take place at the Plovdiv Philharmonic Orchestra’s concert hall, here in January the Winter festival of Symphony Music is held. In the Fair Camp different international exhibitions and exposes are held all year round.

Buying process

Step 1: choose between a finished house and a plot of land.
Step 2: in case of plot of land – creation of an architectural plan in coordination with the specialists.
Step 3: construction – by the professional constructing companies.
